كيف تحصل على دخلك

• 50/50. تُقسم عمولة كل صفقة مناصفة بينك وبين الشركة.
• دفع فوري — تُدفع حصتك فور استلام الشركة للعمولة.
• التأشيرة على حساب الشركة، ولا رسوم مكتب.
• عملاء محتملون وإعلانات على Property Finder من الشركة.
• مثال: إعادة بيع بقيمة 2.5 مليون درهم × 2% = عمولة 50,000 درهم ← 25,000 درهم لك.

ما تقدّمه لك الشركة

• 50/50 commission, net, paid at once. Your 50% is paid in full with no deductions, as soon as the company receives the commission. No desk fee.
• A UAE visa paid by the company.
• Property Finder listings. Your listings go live on Property Finder through the company account.
• A personal mentor. Almaz Seidesimbaev, the founder, trains you himself and is with you at every stage of the deal — from the first call to the transfer.

• فيديو لعقاراتك المعروضة. العقار الذي تجلبه يُصوَّر ويُنشر على قنواتنا — ويعمل لصالحك لأشهر.
