Why Rosso Bay
Rosso Bay Residences is Aldar's project on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the island where the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort is being built. Residents get beach access, a shared pool, a gym, a community park, restaurants and retail; InterContinental Mina Al Arab is about 5 minutes away and the airport about 25 minutes.
Aldar's plan for the project is 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% on handover. On these resale units the owner has already paid about 20–25%, so the largest part is left for completion.
