The Fields

Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) is a vast, ambitious, and ongoing master-planned mixed-use development in the heart of Dubai, named in honor of the UAE's Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Launched in 2012 and being collaboratively developed by key players such as Meydan Group, Sobha, and Emaar, the project is envisioned as a comprehensive "city within a city" that merges ultra-luxurious residential living with extensive world-class amenities and unprecedented green spaces. A central, distinguishing feature of the community is the world's largest man-made 7-kilometer crystal lagoon and 14 kilometers of artificial beaches, providing residents of sub-communities like District One and Sobha Hartland with exclusive waterfront access and unique recreational opportunities.
