How to choose, reserve and pay for a home in Dubai without flying in.
What can be done remotely
1ChoosingWe send a shortlist, floor plans and price lists, and walk you through the project or the home on a video call.
2Booking off-planThe booking form and the contract are signed electronically; the payments go by bank transfer to the escrow account of the project.
3RegistrationThe purchase is registered with the Dubai Land Department; you receive the Oqood certificate by email.
4HandoverYou can come for the keys or let a representative accept the home with a power of attorney.
Ready homes
A ready home changes hands at a trustee office in Dubai. The buyer either comes in person or is represented by a power of attorney; the price is paid by manager's cheques, and the title deed is issued the same day. We prepare everything so that one short visit is enough.
What you need
- A valid passport — no residence visa is required to buy in the freehold areas.
- A bank account from which you can send an international transfer.
- Your brief: budget, purpose and timing — so that we do not waste your time on calls.
Questions and answers
In which currency do I pay?
