How to sell your property in Dubai

For owners: the price, the listing, the viewings and the transfer — step by step.

Selling in five steps

1The priceWe compare your home with the sales registered in your building at the Dubai Land Department and with what is on offer now.
2The videoWe film a video tour ourselves and publish it in our channels — buyers see the home before the viewing.
3ViewingsWe bring the buyers who fit and tell you honestly what they said.
4The agreementThe buyer and the seller sign the sale agreement and agree the date of the transfer; the developer's no-objection certificate is obtained.
5The transferAt the trustee office you receive the price by manager's cheques, and the buyer receives the title deed the same day.

What speeds up a sale

  • A price that matches the registered sales — overpriced homes stay on the market for months.
  • Access for the video and the viewings.
  • Documents ready: the title deed, the passport, the tenancy contract if the home is rented.

If the home is rented

A rented home can be sold with the tenant in it — to an investor. If the buyer wants to live there, the tenant must receive 12 months' written notice.
