How much does a real estate agent earn in Dubai?

A real estate agent in Dubai is paid from the commission on each deal, not by a salary. Here is how it works — and what a broker earns at Seafront.

All the terms in one place: real estate agent jobs in Dubai at Seafront — 50/50 commission, visa, leads and a mentor.

Commission, not salary

Most real estate agents in Dubai have no fixed salary. The agency earns a commission on each deal — on the resale market usually around 2% of the price, on off-plan projects a commission paid by the developer — and the agent receives a share of it.

What a broker earns at Seafront

  • 50% of the commission, net — with no deductions.
  • Paid at once — as soon as the company receives the commission.
  • No desk fee and no monthly payments to the company.
  • Visa and Emirates ID arranged and paid by the company.

An example

A resale apartment at AED 2,500,000 with a 2% commission brings the agency AED 50,000 — AED 25,000 of it is yours. An off-plan unit at AED 1,500,000 with a 7% developer commission brings AED 105,000 — AED 52,500 is yours. These are examples of the calculation, not a promise of income.

Income depends on the number of calls, meetings and deals — and on your patience, focus, discipline and energy. Count your own month in the calculator on our careers page.
