A mentor from the first day
Almaz Seidesimbaev, the founder of Seafront, mentors you personally at every stage of the deal: how to talk to buyers and owners, which projects to offer, how to lead a deal to the transfer — and how to earn in Dubai real estate. On top of that you get the Seafront Academy: 21 short lessons with tests.
Who fits
- You are in Dubai and speak fluent English; any other language is an advantage

How you are paid
- 50/50. The commission from each deal is split equally between you and the company.
- Paid at once — your share is paid as soon as the company receives the commission.

- Leads and Property Finder listings from the company.
- Example: a resale at AED 2.5M × 2% = AED 50,000 commission → AED 25,000 is yours.
