Can you start without experience?

Yes. Experience in Dubai real estate is a plus for us, not a condition. What matters more: you are in Dubai, you speak fluent English, you answer people fast and you are ready to learn. Every new broker starts with the Seafront Academy — 21 short lessons with tests — and the CRM opens after the core programme.

  • How an off-plan purchase and a resale deal go, step by step
  • Contracts and the forms of the Land Department
  • How to talk to a buyer and to an owner
  • How to work in the CRM

What a broker needs by law

To work with clients in Dubai a broker needs a broker card of the Dubai Land Department: you take the certified course, pass the RERA exam and are registered under a licensed brokerage. We explain the steps and the current fees at the meeting.
