How you are paid
- 50/50. The commission from each deal is split equally between you and the company.
- Paid at once — your share is paid as soon as the company receives the commission.
- Visa paid by the company, no desk fee.
- Leads and Property Finder listings from the company.
- Example: a resale at AED 2.5M × 2% = AED 50,000 commission → AED 25,000 is yours.
What the company gives you

- A UAE visa paid by the company.
- Property Finder listings. Your listings go live on Property Finder through the company account.
- A personal mentor. Almaz Seidesimbaev, the founder, trains you himself and is with you at every stage of the deal — from the first call to the transfer.
- Buyers from the company. We film every property; the videos bring buyers, and they go to our brokers. Your own clients are welcome too.
