In May 2026 the Dubai Land Department registered 10,469 property sales worth AED 29.4 billion — 25% fewer than in April (14,051). Off-plan homes made up 73% of the deals (7,594 sales, AED 16.1 billion); ready property accounted for 2,875 sales worth AED 13.3 billion. The median price of an apartment was AED 1,085,427, or AED 1,636 per square foot; the median price of a villa was AED 3,400,000.

Areas and projects are named as in the registry, so some names differ from the marketing ones. The figures can change slightly when the department adds late registrations.
