The most expensive residential sale of the month was a villa in Palm Jumeirah (EOME) for AED 260,000,000.

How we count

The source is the open data of the Dubai Land Department: registered sale transactions only, without mortgages and gifts. Deals under AED 50,000 are left out as technical records. Areas and projects are named as in the registry, so some names differ from the marketing ones. The figures can change slightly when the department adds late registrations. You are welcome to quote the report with a link to this page.
