In the week of 17 Aug – 23 Aug 2026 the Dubai Land Department registered 3,498 property sales worth AED 7.8 billion — 12% more than the week before (3,123). Off-plan homes made up 70% of the deals (2,443 sales, AED 4.3 billion); ready property accounted for 1,055 sales worth AED 3.5 billion. The median price of an apartment was AED 1,089,000, or AED 1,691 per square foot; the median price of a villa was AED 3,900,000.
