In the week of 24 Aug – 30 Aug 2026 the Dubai Land Department registered 2,667 property sales worth AED 7.5 billion — 24% fewer than the week before (3,498). Off-plan homes made up 61% of the deals (1,633 sales, AED 2.8 billion); ready property accounted for 1,034 sales worth AED 4.8 billion. The median price of an apartment was AED 1,155,000, or AED 1,687 per square foot; the median price of a villa was AED 3,400,000.
