How we count
The source is the open data of the Dubai Land Department: registered sale transactions only, without mortgages and gifts. Deals under AED 50,000 are left out as technical records. Areas and projects are named as in the registry. The figures can change slightly when the department adds late registrations. You are welcome to quote the figures with a link to this page.
