Off-plan homes made up 63% of the deals (1,734 sales, AED 3.5 billion); ready property accounted for 1,031 sales worth AED 3.8 billion. The median price of an apartment was AED 1,210,860, or AED 1,630 per square foot; the median price of a villa was AED 3,329,000.
