Questions and answers

How do I know the real progress of the building?

The Dubai Land Department publishes the completion percentage and photos of every registered project. We send you these figures with our own photos.

Are my payments safe if the construction is slow?

They are in the project's escrow account, which the developer can use only as the construction progresses.

What if the project is cancelled?

If the regulator cancels a project, the buyers' payments are refunded.

Can you accept the unit for me at the handover?

Yes, by a power of attorney: inspection, the defects list and the keys.
