Can a non-resident get a mortgage in Dubai?

Yes, a number of UAE banks lend to non-residents; the terms depend on the bank, your country and your income.

How much of the price will the bank finance?

The Central Bank limits the share a bank may lend, and it differs for a first home, an investment property and off-plan. The mortgage broker gives the exact figure for your case.

Are the registration fee and the commission covered by the loan?

Plan to pay them from your own funds, on top of the down payment.

What does the registration of a mortgage cost?

The Dubai Land Department charges 0.25% of the loan amount; the bank also has its own fees.
