Questions and answers
What is a service charge and who sets it?
It is the owner's share of the cost of running the building. The rate must be approved by the regulator and can be checked in the official Service Charge Index.
Can you manage the property while I live abroad?
Yes, by a power of attorney for the accounts and the keys.
What happens if something breaks?
We send you the photo and the price of the repair, and do it after your approval.
Do you also find tenants?
Yes, that is our rental management service — it combines with this one.
