Sell your property in Dubai
We sell your property to buyers from our client base and our social channels. We film it ourselves, and the video keeps bringing buyers for months.
What we do
- A price based on real sales in your building
- A video of the property on our channels
- Viewings with qualified buyers only
- A weekly report: what was done and who has seen it
The process step by step
What you need to prepare
- Title deed copy (or the purchase contract for off-plan)
- Passport copy
- Access to the property for filming and viewings
Good to know
- For filming you sign nothing — your agreement is enough
- A price above the market means months without a buyer — we show the numbers

Questions and answers
Do I have to sign an exclusive contract?
Not for filming and showing the property to our buyers. A signed listing agreement lets us also advertise on the property portals, which by the rules needs an official permit.
Can I sell a property with a tenant in it?
Yes. The tenancy continues with the new owner; to get the property vacant, the tenant needs 12 months' notice.
Can I sell if there is a mortgage on the property?
Yes, the loan is settled as part of the transfer; we plan the steps with your bank.
Can I sell from abroad?
Yes, by a power of attorney for this specific property.
How do you set the price?
By the sales registered at the Dubai Land Department in your building and what is on the market now.
