Questions and answers
What offers does Mashriq Elite have right now?
Until 30 November 2026: a car as a gift for a purchase from AED 2M (a trip for two from AED 1M), on top of the developer's official 5% discount. It applies to Floarea Breeze (Dubai Islands), Floarea Oasis (Dubailand) and Floarea Skies (JVC).
Which car do I get?
It depends on the price of the unit: from a Hyundai Elantra at AED 2M up to a Porsche Macan at AED 9M and a Tesla Cybertruck or 1 kg of gold at AED 10M. Several units bought together count as one purchase. We confirm the exact gift for your unit with the developer before you book.
Does buying through Seafront cost more?
No. You pay the developer's price; our fee is paid by the developer. The gift and the discount are the same as at the sales office.
What is the payment plan?
Floarea Breeze 20/30/50, Floarea Oasis 20/30/15/35, Floarea Skies 20/25/20/35 — the first number is the down payment, the last is due at handover. Handover is planned for 2028.
Until when is the offer valid?
Until 30 November 2026, or earlier if the developer closes it. A unit is reserved with a booking fee — after that the gift is fixed for you.
