Questions

Who can become a partner?

Real estate agencies and agents, relocation and immigration consultants, wealth managers and lawyers outside the UAE whose clients are interested in Dubai property.

How is the partner paid?

A share of our commission on the deal, set in a written partnership agreement before the first client is sent. We do not publish the figures — they depend on the kind of deal.

Does the client pay more when he comes through a partner?

No. When the client buys from a developer, the developer pays the commission and the price is the same as in the developer's price list.

Will you contact my client without me?

We work with the client directly in Dubai — viewings, the developer, the documents — and you see every step. The client stays marked as yours.

Do I need a licence in the UAE?

No. The deal in Dubai is done by Seafront Properties, a RERA-licensed brokerage (ORN 32533). You introduce the client.
